Include any additional options you will need in the "comments" box and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours with an estimate and timeline on your job. if you want to proceed, just sign the estimate and return it with the job spec sheet below to begin the process. 2) Next, you will need to provide the finished Word file, 12 point, 1 inch margins, double paragraph spacing, formatted exactly how you want it to appear in the book (italics, CAPS, etc). To get the job started you will need to put a 25% deposit down, another 50% down once the book files are approved and sent to print, and the balance will be due before the books ship to your door. When you submit your first deposit, you must include with it a written explanation of any specifications for your job. For example, if you have a concept in mind for your cover, or a specific picture that you want taken for the cover, make sure you include that information on your job specification sheet.
